DJ XTC Entertainment was an exhibitor at Hockley Valley Resort's Open House on January 29, 2023. The Open House was located in both the Montclair Ballroom and the Aida Ballrooms. We had the pleasure of exhibiting in the Aida Ballroom.

​The event was open to engaged couples who are planning their wedding; they had a venue tour, met with exhibitors, asked questions and got ideas to help them with planning their own big day.

When I arrived at the resort, they directed me to the lower level banquet room. There our smaller dj booth was set up in the Aida Ballroom. Next I walked around and introduced myself to other wedding vendors that we shared the ballroom with so we could all chat, get to know each other better and share wedding vendor solutions with one another. 

After this process of making new contacts, having a bit of food and introducing ourselves to some visiting engaged couples, more and more people came into our room. Although the morning had a large snowfall, by the afternoon, we received a decent amount of traffic throughout the day. It was friendly, productive and laid back - which made all our interactions organic and relaxed

We had the chance to show off our wide variety of entertainment resources.
