​July 22, 2023, marked a day of pure joy and celebration as DJ XTC Entertainment had the honour of being a part of Jeff and Stacey's beautiful wedding at Millcroft Golf Club in Burlington. It was our first time at this stunning venue, and we were greeted by the most amazing staff, making it a pleasure to work together.

The day started with an enchanting outdoor ceremony, where the romantic ambiance was set by the talented classical guitarist, Derek Macrae. The ceremony was officiated by the wonderful Beth from All Life's Milestones Wedding Ceremonies, adding a heartfelt touch to the special moment when Jeff and Stacey said their vows.

As the sun began to set, the guests moved inside for the cocktail hour, serenaded once again by Derek's mesmerizing melodies. The atmosphere was filled with love and excitement, and everyone eagerly awaited the grand reception.

The master of ceremonies, Jason, took the stage and with his lively spirit, introduced the newlyweds to the cheers and applause of their loved ones. It was a moment of pure happiness and anticipation for the celebration that was about to unfold.

Millcroft Inn Catering prepared a fantastic meal that satisfied every palate, leaving the guests in awe of the culinary delights. The beautiful floral arrangements by August Tree Flower Farm adorned the venue, adding an extra touch of elegance and charm to the already breathtaking surroundings.

As the night progressed, DJ Neal from DJ XTC Entertainment stepped up to keep the party going. And boy, did he deliver! There was non-stop dancing, laughter, and a palpable energy that filled the air. The dance floor was alive with smiles and happiness, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Who do you know?
The first step is to consider if you already know a good fit. This could be someone from your current or previous place of worship, a friend, or someone in your community. 

Do your research!
Check out a potential officiant’s credentials and references. Your officiant is a legal role so if they don’t have the right certifications or licensing your vows could end up null and void! Yikes.

Do they speak well?
