DESTINATION WEDDING FAQ
1. What are your Destination Wedding DJ Services and Rates?
For destination weddings, DJ XTC Entertainment's charges include both DJ services and travel expenses. The breakdown is as follows:

Travel Expenses Include:
You would only need to fly DJ XTC out unless an assistant is required on your wedding day. This depends on the guest count and your wedding program. DJ XTC prefers to arrive a day in advance to scout the wedding venue and ensure timely arrival on the wedding day. The departing flight is typically booked for the day after the event.
3. Do I need to book the flights?
You can certainly use your travel miles/rewards to book your DJ's flight. However, kindly share the flight information in advance for approval of details (flight times, transfers, layovers, etc.). This expense will be deducted from the remaining balance due. Alternatively, DJ XTC can book his own flight.
4. Will we be bringing our own equipment?
If DJ XTC is flying out to your wedding location: Due to the travel nature of the job, he will only bring necessary equipment that he can carry (laptop, headphones, music, controller, etc.). He will rely on the professional equipment and setup by a local venue or DJ/Entertainment/Production company. If DJ XTC is driving to your wedding location: Yes, he will bring his equipment (sound, microphone, and lighting) for your wedding.

DJ XTC Entertainment considers options based on what's already provided, the wedding location, and the date. Each destination wedding is unique.

Not necessarily. Hiring local DJs for destination weddings can be costlier and riskier in terms of result quality. DJ XTC Entertainment ensures seamless communication and expertise, eliminating potential challenges.

Travel and Setup Requirements
Travel Rider:
- Entrance visas and/or work permits are to be covered by the client.
- DJ will arrive one day before the event date.
- Please ensure a minimum of 3 days/2 nights stay.
- Provide 1 round trip ticket on an agreed-upon airline.
- Arrange ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and for the return journey.
- Ensure accommodation with 1 hotel room at the event location.
- If the reception is not held at the hotel, transportation to and from the venue is required.
- 1 draped 6-foot table.
- 2 dedicated 20-amp power outlets.
- 2 powered speakers on stands, positioned on each side of the DJ table.
- 2 RCA L/R output cables OR 2 XLR output cables to link to the DJ controller.
