The first step to securing DJ XTC Entertainment Services for your event is to check their availability. You can do this by using their availability checker tool on their website or by contacting them directly.
Step Two: Consultation
Once you have confirmed their availability, the next step is to schedule an initial consultation. During this meeting, you'll discuss your vision, expectations, and goals for your event. The consultation can be conducted virtually through Zoom or Skype or in-person if distance and availability permit.
Step Three: Booking
After your initial consultation, if you decide to move forward with DJ XTC Entertainment Services, you will be asked to review and sign a contract and provide a retainer fee to secure your booking.

Once your date is booked, you will have access to their online client site, which includes an online planner and timeline. You can fill out the information yourself or work with their team to ensure everything is in order.

Two weeks prior to your event, you'll have a final meeting to go over all the details and finalize plans with your DJ and/or MC. This is your last chance to make any changes or suggestions before your big day. With everything in place, DJ XTC Entertainment Services will execute the plan and deliver the event of your dreams.
